The Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska presented a unique digital platform Info Biz, which will provide additional support to domestic businessmen through timely information on relevant regulations, education opportunities, obtaining grants, and opportunities to connect with potential partners.
In the first days of use, the platform received positive feedback from numerous businessmen and companies.
The Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, Dragana Kokot, said that this communication channel would be further developed in the coming period and be available to users.
– Interaction with businessmen is the most important segment of this unique platform, and it is precisely the users and visitors of the website who will have the opportunity to offer their opinion and influence changes in regulations. Also, they can propose changes to the regulations in force aimed at creating a more favorable business environment and unburdening the economy of the Republic of Srpska – noted Kokot.
The press release states that an important segment of the Info Biz digital platform is education, and that the first phase of the project presentation covered several topics of preparing business continuity plans, digitizing production process, and applying digital technologies.
The Republic of Srpska Chamber of Commerce has launched a new channel of digital communication with businessmen through a Viber community.
The unique Info Biz digital platform was implemented within the project Creating help desk support for maintaining and improving the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises under the conditions caused by covid-19 – Help desk, carried out by the Republic of Srpska Chamber of Commerce, and co-funded by the EU through a broader EU4Business Recovery program.
The project aims to improve the knowledge and capacities of small and medium-sized enterprises to enable them to maintain business continuity in crisis business conditions, such as COVID 19.
