The Days of Srpska in Serbia event is very significant for presenting Srpska in Serbia, said Zlatan Klokić, Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation in the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
– The Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska organizes a number of events, but we will single out this one as the most significant because it is the most recognizable – says Klokić.
He states that the event was very well attended and that extra tickets were sought for many performances.
– The halls were full. The people accepted it with enthusiasm. I am very satisfied and delighted – says Klokić.
Klokić stated that the Days of Srpska in Serbia event was an opportunity for great promotion of the Republic of Srpska.
The event Days of Srpska in Serbia, which the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Serbia is organizing with great dedication for the thirteenth time in a row, wishing to present the culture, art, economy, science and education of the Republic of Srpska to the citizens of Serbia in just seven days, is being held this year in 13 Serbian cities – Belgrade, Sombor, Sremska Mitrovica, Kruševac, Subotica, Požarevac, Novi Sad, Kragujevac, Kikinda, Zrenjanin, Kraljevo, Vranje and Niš.
The artistic part of the closing ceremony will feature a concert by the Ethno Group Trag from Banja Luka.
The event’s closing ceremony will be preceded by a reception hosted by the Mayor of Niš, Dragoslav Pavlović, at the City Administration, and attended by ministers in the governments of Serbia and Republic of Srpska.
The reception will be followed by opening of an exhibition of artistic photographs titled Wooden Churches of the Republic of Srpska by Stanko Kostić, an art photographer, which will be open to visitors until 4 October.
