During his visit to Greece, the Serb member and chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, said for RTRS that Serbs and Greeks wanted to promote and spread peace in the future.
After a meeting with the President of Greece, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, and the Speaker of the Parliament, Konstantinos Tassoulas, Dodik said that Greece was oriented towards supporting BiH’s European path.
– The Republic of Srpska was the main topic. I informed the hosts about Srpska’s position within the BiH’s European accession process, as well as about the problems within BiH – he pointed out.
He said that he tried to ensure understanding for such processes that had been set aside.
– Greece is a friendly country for the Serbian people. We share a common history – said Dodik.
Today, Dodik visited the exhibition on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the Greek uprising and beginning of the struggle for national liberation, and then the Hellenic Parliament.
In the afternoon, meetings are planned also with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, and the Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, announced the Office of the Serb member and chairman of the Presidency of BiH.
The Serb member and chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, will participate today and tomorrow in the Delphi Economic Forum VI in Athens.
During his stay at the Forum, Dodik will also have a series of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of this important gathering.
The Economic Forum, under the auspices of the Greek president, is traditionally held in the city of Delphi, but this year, due to the pandemic, it is being held in Athens.
Last year, the Forum was not held due to the coronavirus pandemic.
