Free Education in Russia – Competition for 2023/2024 Academic Year

Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education and Rossotrudnichestvo announce a competition for the admission of citizens of the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Montenegro, the Republic of North Macedonia, the Republic of Slovenia, the Republic of Croatia and compatriots with permanent residence in the territory of the above countries, to studies in the 2023/2024 academic year at higher education institutions in the Russian Federation at the expense of the federal budget (quota).
