A delegation of the Serbian House from Podgorica visited Banja Luka. They spoke about strengthening spiritual, national and cultural identity with the President of the Parliament, Nedeljko Čubrilović, and the President of the Academy of Sciences and Arts, Rajko Kuzmanović. They also visited the Republic of Srpska Writers Association.
The solid foundations of the Serbian people should be an imperative for Serbs, wherever they are. The delegation from Podgorica talked with the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska about joint promotion of culture and tradition.
- The spiritual, national and cultural identity that is being threatened and attacked from all sides is currently the only means of defense of Serbs and at the same time the basis, if it is preserved and strengthened, to be the foundation one day for building future unity - said Emilo Labudović, Director of the Serbian House in Podgorica.
Nedeljko Čubrilović, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, emphasized that we should be relying on each other.
- These are the times when we should rely on each other, when we have the opportunity to help each other in any way and we will - said Čubrilović.
Serbian science and art are not divided by borders. The library of the Serbian House in Montenegro is richer by 200 editions of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska.
- In addition, we have agreed for a delegation not only of the Academy, but also of the Republic of Srpska to visit the Montenegrin House, once it is possible, and the visit to be aimed at functioning - said Rajko Kuzmanović, Director of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska.
The Writers Association of the Republic of Srpska invited writers from Montenegro to publish the manuscripts in the literary magazine Nova Stvarnost and thus unite the Serbian word.
- Because the concept of the magazine does not include only literary topics, but also focuses on other arts, such as theater, film, painting and others - said Predrag Bjelošević, President of the Writers Association of the Republic of Srpska.
The members of the Podgorica Serbian House delegation noted that support of the Republic of Srpska and Serbia was immeasurable, and that work on strengthening mutual relations had to be continued in the future.
