A delegation of the Republic of Srpska Investment Development Bank left for Russia, where during the next few days they will have several meetings in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod with representatives of the Russian Chamber of Commerce, Nizhny Novgorod Chamber of Commerce, and many Russian businessmen.
With these activities, the Srpska IDB delegation led by the acting director, Dražen Vrhovac, continues intensive promotion of investment profiles of the Republic of Srpska and its municipalities and cities, announced Srpska IDB.
Official meetings with leadership of the Nizhny Novgorod region are also planned during the visit.
Russian businessmen and investors will be presented investment opportunities, potentials and capital projects of the Republic of Srpska, municipalities and cities, as well as the activities carried out by the Srpska IDB to strongly promote the potentials of the Republic of Srpska.
These activities are aimed at a greater inflow of quality foreign direct investments into the Republic of Srpska, new employment, and business environment strengthening - reads the press release.
The release reminds that within these activities, IDB representatives visited Vienna in June, where investment opportunities were presented to prominent Austrian businessmen and business diaspora representatives.
Following the visit to Vienna, the Republic of Srpska has already been visited by two groups of interested Austrian investors - reads the release.
A key event in the promotion of Republic of Srpska investment profiles will be held at the beginning of September at the Second Investment Conference Invest Srpska 2022, which will bring together domestic and foreign investors, business and scientific community, and decision-makers at various levels of government in Srpska and the region.
The conference will be fully dedicated to direct investments in the Republic of Srpska.
Srpska IDB will also participate in the Thessaloniki International Fair from 10 to 18 September, with the aim of presenting the potentials of the Republic of Srpska, its municipalities and cities to businessmen and organizations from Greece, and to potential investors from other countries.
The intent guiding us in creating the investment profiles of the Republic of Srpska and our municipalities and cities, was to collect all economic potentials of the Republic of Srpska in one place and to facilitate access to information for interested investors - reads the release.
The press release points out that the investment profiles to be presented at fairs, congresses, conferences, in representative offices, embassies and any place holding a chance for quality promotion of the Republic of Srpska, will be available also in English, and are planned to be translated into other foreign languages.
