The goal of the event Days of Srpska in Serbia, which starts today in Belgrade, is to present all the potential of the Republic to the population across the Drina, said the RS Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation, Zlatan Klokić.
The event, which is organized by the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Serbia, marks its jubilee this year.
– This is the tenth Days of Srpska in Serbia event. As before, the official opening will be held in Belgrade at the National Theater in the presence of a large number of guests from the public and political life of Srpska and Serbia and announced presence of Serbian Patriarch Porfirije – said Klokić.
He emphasized that the event had not changed its goal of presenting domestic potential to Serbian population.
– We will present our achievements in the field of economy, science and technology, business, but also those in culture and sports. We cannot avoid the tourism potential of our Republic, which is visited by a large number of Serbian citizens every year – said Klokić.
He noted that a large number of Serbians visited the event every year, and added that he expected even greater interest this year.
Klokić emphasized that this year domestic potentials would be presented in ten cities of Serbia, from Vranje to Subotica.
– The closing of the event is planned on 14 September in Novi Sad at the National Theater. In seven days, we will present all our potentials to the population of Serbia, from all parts of our Republic – said Klokić.
The official opening of the Days of Srpska in Serbia event is scheduled for 20:00 hrs at the National Theater, with the play Eagles Keep Flying by screenwriters Vule Žurić and Duško M. Petrović, directed by Slobodan Perišić.
