The Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation, Zlatan Klokić, visited the headquarters of the Mayer GMBH company located in the German city of Laichingen.

During discussions, the management of this German company expressed interest in new investments in the Republic of Srpska. Minister Klokić presented the benefits offered by the Republic of Srpska to foreign investors, in particular regarding tax policy, which is among the most stimulating in the region.

‘I responded to the invitation and great interest of the management of this firm – which only shows that the Republic of Srpska is indeed interesting for foreign companies as an investment destination. In the past period, we undertook a series of measures to attract foreign investors who are currently showing great interest. These are EU countries that bring new technologies, new knowledge and, most importantly, new jobs,’ said Klokić.

The company Mayer GMBH is engaged in plastic processing, painting technology and mold making, manufacturing products and components for Porsche, BMW, VW and Bosch among others.
