The Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Srpska Zlatan Klokić said at a meeting of diaspora representatives held in Stuttgart that Srpska’s institutions were working on developing specific measures to support the diaspora, and invited all interested parties to actively participate in upcoming projects.
The discussion focused on the topics of improving cooperation between the motherland and the diaspora, encouraging investments, and preserving cultural and national identity abroad, said the local Republic of Srpska Representative Office where this meeting took place.
Those present had the opportunity to ask questions, share their suggestions and experiences, and it was concluded that such meetings would become a regular activity aimed at stronger connection and joint action.
The event took place in a constructive atmosphere with discussion focusing on the topics
of improving cooperation between the motherland and the diaspora, encouraging investments, and preserving cultural and national identity abroad.
The Head of the Republic of Srpska Representation in Germany, Mićo Ćetković, opened the meeting noting the importance of such gatherings for strengthening ties with the diaspora.
Along with Klokić and diaspora representatives, the meeting was also attended by Serbian Consul General in Stuttgart Dragan Dimitrijević, BiH Consul General in Stuttgart Vera Sajić, lawyer and CDU member Stefan Kaufmann, and entrepreneurs.
