A memorandum of cooperation between the governments of the Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Serbia for the purpose of strengthening ties of diaspora members with the Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Serbia was signed in Belgrade.

The exchange of signed documents was completed within the first One Nation, One Assembly – Serbia and Srpska Pan-Serbian Assembly, and the ceremony was attended by the presidents of Serbia and Republic of Srpska, Aleksandar Vučić and Milorad Dodik.

The Minister without portfolio Đorđe Milićević and Srpska’s Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation Zlatan Klokić exchanged the memorandum of cooperation between the governments of Serbia and Republic of Srpska aimed at strengthening the ties of Serbian diaspora members with Serbia and the Republic of Srpska.

Minister of European Integration Tanja Miščević and ministers without portfolio Đorđe Milićević and Tatjana Macura, in charge of diaspora and gender equality respectively, spoke with Zlatan Klokić, the Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Srpska.

Milićević noted the successful and intensive previous cooperation in coordinating relations with compatriots living outside Serbia.

– Our common goal is to bring our compatriots closer to the motherland, to network associations of Serbs outside of Serbia, and to talk more about the human and financial potential of our diaspora – said Minister Milićević.
