We invite you to visit the Steiner Gallery in Vienna on Thursday, 16 November, where the works of contemporary Serbian artists are exhibited.
The exhibition entitled Resonance Serbian Contemporary Echo is organized in cooperation with the Serbian Sanjaj Gallery and with the support of the Republic of Srpska Representation in Austria.
On Thursday, from 19:00 to 22:00hrs, the visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the artistic work of Belgrade artists and hear the director of the Sanjaj Gallery, Sanja Bjelanović Janković, speak about their work.
The Viennese public has the opportunity to see the works of four representatives of the contemporary Belgrade artistic and creative scene – Marko Kusmuk, Veljko Valjarević, Sara Nikolić and Marko Lađušić.
This exhibition is also the first joint project of the Belgrade gallery Sanjaj and the Austrian Serbian Society Vienna, and the works will be exhibited in the Stainer Gallery until 16 December.
At the opening of the exhibition, the Head of the Austrian Representation of the Republic of Srpska greeted the attendees and expressed his satisfaction with the opening of the exhibition in Vienna.
‘The Serbian cultural scene is attracting more and more attention in Vienna, but also in the rest of Austria. Be it painting or other artistic branches, cooperation with artists and institutions in Austria is becoming more intense and better’, said Filipović.
