The Chairman of the Independent International Commission for Investigating the Suffering of All Peoples in the Srebrenica Region in the Period 1992-1995, Gideon Greif said today in Banja Luka that this report was aimed at reconciliation and truth, and that the Commission worked with complete independence, guided by justice, truth and facts.

– There was no pressure whatsoever on the work of the Commission, all research is based on scientific standards and methodology. We will endeavor to promote further the truth and facts from the Report – said Greif.

He noted his pride for being able to present a report prepared by 10 top experts.

As a reminder, at a special session in Banja Luka, the Government of Srpska took note of the Report of the Independent International Commission for Investigating the Suffering of All Peoples in the Srebrenica Region in the Period 1992-1995.

The session was attended also by the President of the Republic of Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, the Serb member and Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, and Israeli historian and Chairman of the Commission, Gideon Greif.
