The idea behind launching of the Days of Srpska in Serbia was to present the Republic of Srpska and its potential to Serbia and its citizens in an always new and unique way. In order to promote the Republic of Srpska, a multi-day event is organized each year to present culture, science, education, economy, art and our tradition through various program activities from almost all parts of the Republic of Srpska. Every year the event includes the promotion of tourism products of the Republic of Srpska – its natural beauty, tourist destinations and routes, catering and gastronomic offer are presented. A special emphasis is placed on presenting the business and investment potential of the Republic of Srpska, and business meetings are organized on that occasion. A delegation of the Republic of Srpska visits the cities and municipalities in Serbia where the program is held in order to connect and strengthen the ties between the Serbian people on both sides of the Drina, while particular encouragement is given to cooperation and linking of cities and municipalities from the Republic of Srpska and Serbia.

This year’s event program is planned to include the promotion of tourism products of the Republic of Srpska in Belgrade from 8 to 10 September, in Knez Mihailova Street from 12 to 21 hrs, and in Novi Sad from 12 to 14 September, on Trg Slobode from 12 to 21 hrs.

The diverse program will also include the University of Arts in Belgrade hosting a roundtable on Unique cultural space of the Republic of Srpska and Serbia on Friday, 9 September, and Subotica hosting a presentation of the Subotica Free Zone for cities and municipalities from the Republic of Srpska on 13 September.

We invite the citizens of Serbia and Republic of Srpska to visit the tenth anniversary event and attend programs in the cities throughout our Serbia; the admission is free.
