Within the project Learning Serbian as a heritage language through an online group course, the Academic Serbian Association invites all the people from the Serbian diaspora, age 14 to 20, to apply applicants (https://asasocijacija.com/prijava-ucenika-za-besplatan-grupni-kurs-srpskog-jezika-mesec-i-po-dana/) for a month and a half free group course of the Serbian language via Skype.

The goal of the project sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Information is to popularize the Serbian language in the diaspora, i.e. to hold group classes via Skype for young people from the diaspora, as well as to connect young people from all over the world.

Serbs from the diaspora aged 14 to 20 can apply for a free group course of the Serbian language via Skype until 13 June 2021. The mentors will be teachers from the Academic Serbian Association accredited by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. Application requirements are that the students have not attended any Serbian as a heritage language course via Skype at the Academic Serbian Association and that they share the post about the course from the Facebook ASA profile on their profiles.

The classes are planned to start on 20 June 2021 and end on 31 July 2021. Ninety-minute classes will be held twice a week, at times agreed by the teacher and students. The students will receive certificates of course completion, issued by the Academic Serbian Association.
