The best students of the final years of studies at the University of Banja Luka spent 2-4 December in a study visit to Vienna, as part of a program organized with the support of the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Austria.

During the three-day stay, the students visited the University of Vienna, the City Hall, the Austrian Parliament, and a number of landmarks as part of a unique tour On the Paths of Serbs in Vienna, the University announced.

As part of the program, they also attended a formal reception on the occasion of the Days of Krajina in Austria event, held at the premises of the Republic of Srpska Representation in Vienna.

Kristina Marić, a final-year student of the Romance Studies program at the Faculty of Philology, with a grade point average of 10.00, shared her positive impressions.

– The visit to Vienna has fulfilled its mission – to connect and introduce the best students of the University to our people in the Austrian capital. My impressions are more than positive, and what fascinated me most was the strong community of Serbs in Vienna and their connectedness, not only with each other but also with their homeland in the Republic of Srpska and Serbia – said Marić.

Representatives of the Student Parliament also visited Vienna with the best final-year students.
