Banja Luka will host a forum on Meeting Friends from the Diaspora this weekend.

The organizer is the Association of the Motherland, Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Koreni (Roots) of Banja Luka, in cooperation with the Srpska Chamber of Commerce, and the Association of Serbian Businessmen of Switzerland.

It is a three-day event, which will gather Serb businessmen from several European countries, Serbia and Republic of Srpska.

Representatives of the Banja Luka Regional Chamber of Commerce will present investment opportunities in existing economic capacities, as well as new projects.

– The central event will take place on Saturday at the Chamber of Commerce of Srpska, where we expect more than 120 participants at the business forum Connecting Businessmen in the Diaspora and the Motherland – Opportunities and Challenges. The forum is a preparation for the big Zurich Summit 22 in May, where the participation of about 2,000 Serbian businessmen is expected – said Mirjana Stojanović-Trivanović, president of the Association Koreni.

After two working days, the hosts will present to the guests the tourism potentials and cultural and historical sights in Banja Luka and its surroundings.

The gathering is held under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Srpska, Želјka Cvijanović.
