A ceremonial reception was held in the Home of the Serbian Army in Belgrade, on the occasion of the Day of the Republic of Srpska and anniversary of the promulgation of its first Constitution. Officials of the Republic of Srpska and Serbia and numerous guests attended the reception. It was said that the first Constitution of the Republic of Srpska, adopted on 28 February 1992, was a visionary and courageous move by the then Serbian deputies and a confirmation of statehood.
