A meeting was held in Banja Luka with the Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Srpska, Zlatan Klokić, on the occasion of the visit of representatives of the CONCORD networking group, aimed at connecting the French and Serbian business spaces.

The meeting was attended by CONCORD co-founder Jérémie Henri, Ana Đurović, Vice President of the Fédération des Jeunes Serbes d’Europe, and Bojana Kondić Panić, Head of the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in France.

The meeting discussed economic potential of the Republic of Srpska, opportunities for improving economic cooperation with France, attracting French investments and establishing new business partnerships.

Minister Zlatan Klokić said that the institutions of the Republic of Srpska were open and ready to cooperate with French partners, and that there was a clear interest in strengthening economic ties and creating conditions for new investments and joint projects.

‘The Republic of Srpska is open to cooperation and wants to further strengthen ties with the French business community. We are ready to discuss specific projects, investments and all initiatives that can contribute to the development of our economic relations,’ stated Minister Klokić.

During the meeting, a proposal was also presented to organize a CONCORD economic conference, planned for early 2027, to present the Republic of Srpska to French investors and business community.

This meeting represents an important step towards strengthening economic ties between the Republic of Srpska and France, as well as opening new opportunities for cooperation, investments and business networking.
