In cooperation with the city of Istočno Sarajevo, the Republic of Srpska Representation in Austria organized today a training for the export-oriented business entities from this local community, interested in establishing contacts and cooperation with the Austrian market.
The training presented the ways and methods of establishing business cooperation with business entities in Austria, as well as the modalities of support offered to domestic entrepreneurs by the Republic of Srpska Representation in Austria.
The Head of the Republic of Srpska Representation in Austria, Mladen Filipović, said that in the past two and a half years, more than BAM 12.5 million of investments had been provided in this way, and that all business entities from the Republic of Srpska wishing to offer their products and services in Austria could count on the support of the Representation of Srpska.
According to Filipović, the Austrian Representation of the Republic of Srpska can ensure direct contacts of domestic companies with companies from Austria, and provide the necessary advice and logistical support to local entrepreneurs.
As part of measures to support the economy of the Republic of Srpska, and in order to overcome the challenges caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the Representation in Austria is organizing a series of trainings during 2021 in cooperation with municipalities and cities throughout the Republic of Srpska. The trainings are primarily intended for owners of small- and medium-sized enterprises, senior and middle management and entrepreneurs in the organizations interested in establishing business cooperation with firms from Austria.
