The first day of the Investment Development Bank of the Republic of Srpska’s participation in the 90th Thessaloniki International Fair was marked by numerous meetings and discussions with representatives of prominent Greek and international financial and development institutions.

RSIDB representatives held meetings with representatives of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), the Hellenic Development Bank (HDB), the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments (HDBI), the Central Macedonia Regional Development Fund, and the Interreg Greece – North Macedonia 2021–2027 programme.

At the same time, representatives of the Banja Luka Regional Chamber of Independent Entrepreneurs held meetings with representatives of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and the Kozani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, focused on directly connecting businesspeople, organizing B2B meetings and business delegations, exporting and opening new markets. The meetings were an opportunity to present the potential of the Republic of Srpska, exchange experiences and discuss opportunities for future institutional, investment and development cooperation.

A meeting was also held with the Director of the Kavala Chamber of Commerce, while discussions with the President of the Thessaloniki Chamber of Small and Medium-Sized Industries (VETH) covered connecting small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs from the Republic of Srpska with potential partners in Thessaloniki and northern Greece.

The meetings of the Regional Chamber delegation were organized by the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Greece, and the talks were attended by the Head of the Representation, Jelena Jovanović, with the aim of strengthening institutional and business ties and creating new opportunities for direct connection between entrepreneurs from the Republic of Srpska and Greece.
