Vice-president of the China-European Association for Technological and Economic Cooperation Zhao Xiaofang and mayor of the municipality of Modriča Jovica Radulović opened Modriča 2024 Business Fair yesterday, where about 150 businessmen and organizations from BiH, Croatia, Serbia and China are exhibiting their products and services.

Radulović said he was satisfied with the event organization, done by the Municipality of Modriča Development Agency for the thirteenth time with the support of the Municipal Administration.

– After the coronavirus pandemic, we resumed holding the Fair, which crossed the borders of BiH as well as Europe – said Radulović opening the event.

He noted his satisfaction with the continuation of partnership with the Chinese Embassy in BiH, which, after last year’s general sponsorship of the Fair, provided significant assistance in organizing this business event also this year.

Radulović said that the businessmen at the Fair showed that business was not extinct in this municipality.

– We must pay special attention to business, especially now that many citizens are leaving BiH, including this area, to go abroad – said Radulović.

Director of the Municipality of Modriča Development Agency, Snježana Vujić, said that the Fair was taking place yesterday and today on 1,000 square meters of sports hall indoor exhibition space with 150 exhibitors, and on 5,000 square meters of outdoor space exhibiting rural entrepreneurship products and a car show.

Fair opening was attended by representatives of political and public life.
