On the occasion of the Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom and the National Flag, a big ceremony took place at the Consulate General in Munich, attended by a large number of guests.

There, the minister without portfolio in charge of the diaspora in Serbian Government, Đorđe Milićević, said that ‘Serbia will not give up on truth, justice, libertarian spirit and unity, which implies that Serbia and all of us together will fight for the rights of every fellow citizen, both in the vicinity and around the world’.

Zlatan Klokić, the minister in the Government of the Republic of Srpska in charge of European integration and international cooperation, also attended the reception.

Minister Klokić stated that wherever Serbs lived, they should be sending a message of unity and preservation of national identity, and that the Republic of Srpska and Serbia cared for the people living in the diaspora, in Munich as in Germany and the entire world.
