For the first time, children of Serbian origin from the Italian cities of Rome, Milan, Ferrara, Turin, Merano, Treviso, Ancona, Vipiteno and Ravenna have been included in classes in the Serbian language.

With the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Rome, and at the request of the Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Trieste, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia approved holding of online classes in Serbian in Italy.

The teacher Magdalena Donevski (+39 346 344 5173; magdalena1508@gmail.com) teaches the classes in several times:

  1. Younger and part of the middle group: Monday 18-19 and Tuesday 17:30-18:45 (total of 3 school lessons per week);
  2. Senior group and part of the middle group: Monday 19:00-20:00 and Tuesday 18:45-20:00 (total of 3 school lessons per week).

The classes for 45 students began symbolically – as part of the Saint Sava Days, on 29 January, and holding of the initial classes and parents-teachers meeting was followed by enrollment of more students.
