Through the Austrian-Serbian Economic Forum held in Trebinje, Austrian businessmen have become acquainted with the potential of the Republic of Srpska, said the head of the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Austria, Mladen Filipović.

– We are glad to have had the opportunity to host over 30 Austrian businessmen in Trebinje. Not only did the businessmen connect with our businessmen, the Government of Srpska, but they also had the opportunity to see the potential for new investments – adds Filipović.

He says that there are plans to continue organizing this forum in Trebinje.

– Srpska’s Representation in Austria is working actively on promoting Srpska and its economy. The Representation is the starting point for Austrian investors – says Filipović.

He adds that Austrian businessmen know what they can expect from Srpska’s businessmen.

– Austria has been one of the largest investors in this area in the last 20 years. We had concrete results in several previous years, with Austrian businessmen deciding to invest their capital in Srpska – adds Filipović.
