The Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, extended his congratulations to Bishop Justin on his enthronement as the bishop of Western Europe, as well as to His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Porfirije, the clergy and the faithful of the Serbian Orthodox Church on this great event.
