A ceremonial reception was held in the Home of the Serbian Army in Belgrade, on the occasion of 9 January – Republic of Srpska Day and 28 February – the day of promulgation of the first Constitution of the Republic of Srpska. Famous volleyball player Vladimir Vanja Grbić opened Kestenburg, the International Festival of Student Theater, in Belgrade, which is organized for the fifth time by the Banja Luka Student Theater, with the media and technical support of the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Serbia.
