We continue the project of RS Municipalities and Cities Scanning, implemented by the eKapija business portal in cooperation with the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Serbia for two and a half years, by presenting economic and development potentials of Prijedor.

After Trebinje, Sokolac, Gradiška, Petrovo, Milići, Zvornik, Laktaši, Jezero, Vlasenica, Novi Grad, also Prijedor has obtained a digital business ID card, which includes and presents its infrastructure projects, as well as agricultural, tourism and other capacities.

Through series of discussions, you have the opportunity to learn about the most important development plans to be implemented by Prijedor in the coming period. You will also discover all its investment opportunities in one place.

The presentation includes the most important investment locations, as well as projects such as motorway construction, plans for Urije airport development, and continuation of Digital Data Portal development.

The city also has a great tourism potential owing to its significant natural resources, among which Kozara mountain and Sana river deserve special mention, as their potentials have not been sufficiently exploited and need further investment.

The territory of Prijedor accommodates the largest Norwegian cattle farm in the world, and also other important economic entities – Ljubija iron ore mine, ArcelorMittal, Mira biscuit factory, Bosnamontaža, Austronet, etc.
