At its latest session, the Government of the Republic of Srpska passed the Decree on the establishment and keeping of the Diaspora Register. The registration has already started, and passing of the Decree was a necessary step to register our diaspora and plan adequate cooperation accordingly, notes the Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation in the Government of Srpska, Zlatan Klokić.
