The Cultural and Sports Community of Serbs in Salzburg was founded in 1999 as a Serb community and is headed by one of its founders, President Nenad Šulejić. The Community’s purpose and main goal is to gather as many children and youth as possible and to best introduce them to Serbian culture, language and tradition through sections. The members are divided by age groups in folklore, music, singing and drama sections. The Community’s athletes achieve notable results in competitions. The CSCS Salzburg successfully represents and promotes Serbian culture.

The Cultural and Sports Community of Serbs in Salzburg marked 25 years of existence.

The Head of the Representation, Mladen Filipović, was presented with a certificate of appreciation for supporting the work of this association at the ceremony that was attended by the Mayor of Salzburg, Bernhard Auinger, among others.
