Representatives of the Republic of Srpska companies participating in the Fit4Austria project were presented certificates at a ceremony at the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Vienna.

During the past three days in Vienna, the participants of the Fit4Austria program had organized meetings with representatives of Austrian companies and Austrian Chamber of Commerce, and this project ended in the awarding of certificates of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WIFI International certificate).

On this occasion, the Head of the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Austria, Mladen Filipović, said that two cycles of the Fit4Austria project had been implemented this year.

‘Over the past few months the companies participating in the project have completed successfully the trainings organized by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. The presented certificates have the character of public documents and are valid on the market throughout the EU, which is very important for our companies that want to achieve cooperation on the Austrian and European markets,’ Filipović stated.

Project goal was for our businessmen to establish direct contacts with Austrian peers, and in addition to the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, the organization of the meetings was also supported by the Austrian-Serbian Business Forum.

The Fit4Austria project is implemented by the Representation in cooperation with the WIFI Institute of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and Banja Luka Innovation Center.

Over the past three years of project implementation, around 80 companies from the Republic of Srpska have received certificates.
