On Saturday, 18 March, the Association of Serbs in Switzerland organized the 25th Serbian Folklore Festival of Switzerland. The organizer was the Association of Serbian Folklore of Switzerland, and the host was the Lucerne cultural and artistic society Ras. The festival was held at the traditional venue in the Dietikon City Hall (Stadthalle Dietikon) near Zurich. Twelve folklore ensembles performed in the competition part, while one choreography was performed out of competition. The competition included ensemble dancers of the Winterthur cultural and artistic society Zavičaj, Gossau Serbian folklore society Homolje, Basel cultural and artistic society Dobrosav Radovanović Kikac, Lucerne cultural and artistic society Ras, Altstetten cultural and artistic society Sveti Sava, Zug cultural and artistic society Sveti Sava, Schönenwerd Serbian cultural and artistic society Vuk S. Karadžić, Lucerne cultural and artistic society Nikola Tesla, Neuhausen folklore music society Kolo, Baden cultural and artistic society Kolo and Bern cultural and artistic society Karađorđe. Ani Abrašević CH dancers performed in the revue part.
A roundtable was held for artistic directors, choreographers and society representatives, followed by the announcement of winners and the awarding of prizes.
A special cultural event was a mini concert by Pavlina Radovanović, an artist from Orahovac, Kosovo and Metohija.
