A delegation from the city of Trebinje will travel to Vienna these days to participate in the celebration of the Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom and the National Flag, an event dedicated to the Serbian diaspora and the preservation of national identity organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Austria. In addition to its ceremonial nature, the visit to Vienna also has an important economic and promotional role \u2013 its focus is on the final phase of the project to open the Republic of Srpska House in the Austrian capital.<\/p>\n
Within this project, a single roof will unite for the first time two domestic brands: Herzeg House and Krajina House, which have gained a significant reputation in promoting indigenous products from the Republic of Srpska in recent years. The shelves of the Republic of Srpska House in Vienna are expected to offer products such as honey, wine, juices, cheese, cured meats, but also traditional handicrafts \u2013 everything that makes up the recognizable offer of Herzegovina and Krajina.<\/p>\n
One of the key actors in the implementation of the project is Veselin Dutina, director of the Trebinje Agrarian Fund, who will also be part of the delegation in Vienna. According to him, this is a major step in the internationalization of domestic production.<\/p>\n
\u2018In less than its nine years of existence, the Herzeg House has not only survived, but has also grown and expanded. Today, with the opening of the Republic of Srpska House in Vienna, we are continuing this path, entering an even more demanding market, with the aim of giving our producers the opportunity they deserve. This is not just a business move, but the fulfillment of the vision that our people and our products find a place beyond the borders,\u2019 said Dutina.<\/p>\n
The project is being implemented in cooperation with the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Austria, led by Mladen Filipovi\u0107, Head of the Representative Office, with the institutional support of the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik.<\/p>\n
An important partner in this process is the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development from Banja Luka, the founder of the Krajina House.<\/p>\n
There is already great interest in this project among the Serbian diaspora in Austria, but also among the local population, especially those who appreciate authentic products from the Republic of Srpska.<\/p>\n
A final meeting of partners is planned on the eve of the official opening in order to arrange all logistical and legal details.<\/p>\n
