The 26th anniversary of the NATO bombing of the then Federal Republic of Yugoslavia was marked by holding of a symposium entitled NATO War 1999 \u2013 Causes, Consequences, Lessons.<\/p>\n
The symposium took place in the Albert Hall, organized by the Serbian-Austrian Solidarity Movement, and with the support of the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Austria and the SECS Prosvjeta Vienna.<\/p>\n
Hannes Hofbauer, Austrian opinion journalist and historian, and Zoran Avramovi\u0107, Belgrade-based sociologist and author, spoke about the NATO aggression against the FRY and the bombing of Serbia.<\/p>\n
The exhibition The Wailing Wall was also held, prepared by the SECS Prosvjeta.<\/p>\n
Prosvjeta\u2019s charity concert was held in the Albert Hall in Vienna to help the kindergarten Maja located in the village of Osojane in Kosovo and Metohija.<\/p>\n
The program featured Prosvjeta\u2019s Little Choir, Serbian Academic Ensemble, Igor Filipovi\u0107, Vanja Toscano, Tara Stojanovi\u0107, and many other soloists.<\/p>\n
As part of the humanitarian action, students from Prosvjeta\u2019s Serbian Language School exhibited and sold their works, thus providing support to their peers from Kosovo and Metohija.<\/p>\n
This SECS Prosvjeta humanitarian program was supported by the Republic of Srpska\u2019s Representation in Austria.<\/p>\n
