After a meeting with the extended program committee of the Vuk Karad\u017ei\u0107 Scientific, Educational and Cultural Centre in Tr\u0161i\u0107, the State Secretary at the Serbian Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, Vuka\u0161in Grozdi\u0107, said that the Ministry wanted to ensure future use of the Serbian language and Cyrillic alphabet.<\/p>\n
\u2013 We want to ensure that the Serbian language and Cyrillic alphabet will be in use in the future, and that is why we will help modern technologies to learn the Serbian language, so that all generations with smart devices can use them \u2013 said Grozdi\u0107, announced the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation.<\/p>\n
Grozdi\u0107 noted the importance of the Scientific, Educational and Cultural Centre in Tr\u0161i\u0107 and pointed out its importance as a centre crucial for the preservation of Serbian culture, tradition, language and customs.<\/p>\n
Grozdi\u0107 emphasized the commitment of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation in supporting the Centre\u2019s activities, due to the Ministry\u2019s awareness of the importance of the humanities, which make an exceptional contribution to the development of the overall scientific community and to the development of Serbian society.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Our support can be seen in a significant increase in finances that we have set aside for program funding of projects, but we also support and will continue to encourage the Centre\u2019s activities in all other ways \u2013 said Grozdi\u0107.<\/p>\n
He noted the success of the Summer in the Homeland program, focused on children from the diaspora, and stated that more than 350 Serbian participants from different countries of the world participated in this program.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Such program is a contribution to strengthening our cultural diplomacy. We invest in preserving the Serbian language and intangible cultural heritage, we create wealth brought by these values \u2013 said Grozdi\u0107.<\/p>\n
According to him, the long-term goal is to ensure that the Serbian language and technology progress together, which will contribute to the progress of the Republic of Serbia and development of young talents.<\/p>\n
