The Chairman of the Banja Luka City Assembly, Mladen Ili\u0107, and head of the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Austria, Mladen Filipovi\u0107, attended the 18th European summit in Salzburg (Salzburg Europe Summit).<\/p>\n
The Summit, held in the Congress Hall in Salzburg, was attended by prominent representatives of Austrian and European science, politics and business, and topic of this year\u2019s conference was Visions for Europe \u2013 Expectations and Reality.<\/p>\n
The Salzburg Europe Summit is traditionally organized by the Institute of the Regions of Europe (IRE), and this year\u2019s central theme is the crisis in Europe, i.e. its consequences in the social, political and economic context.<\/p>\n
On this occasion, Ili\u0107 and Filipovi\u0107 met with representatives of several European cities and regions, and also spoke with Franz Schausberger, the president of the Institute of the Regions of Europe.<\/p>\n
